Arthur Nersesian is New York, born and raised. He earned his Masters degree from City College of New York, he was the Managing editor of The Portable Lower East Side, a biannual journal of the ’80s and 90s, which was funded by the NEA and Jerome Foundation the author of The Fuck Up, Dogrun, – both with MTV/Pocketbooks. Chinese Takeout and Unlubricated, – both with HarperCollins. Manhattan Loverboy, Suicide Casanova, Mesopotamia, and The Five Books of Moses all published by Akashic Books. And his last novel, Gladyss of the Hunt, a crime novel published by Dark Passage. He also runs an inexpensive writing Workshop in the East Village that meets once a week and can be approached through his Facebook page – Arthur Nersesian, where he’ll friend everyone at least once.
